MOTIVATION SYSTEM EMPLOYEES ON THE EXAMPLE OF KOLPORTER S.A.

The presented thesis describes a system to motivate employees in the company Kolporter S.A. It is intended to show what tools are used to motivate and achieve better performance of employees in the company. Thesis consists of four parts. The first presents the basic concepts related to the terms of motivation, the other was already present tools used in the process of motivating. As for the third describes and characterizes the structure of the company itself. The final section presents the research methodology, a description of the study group and the analysis of test results.

Prezentowana praca przedstawia system motywowania pracowników w firmie Kolporter S.A. Ma za zadanie pokazać jakie narzędzia są wykorzystywane do zmotywowania i osiągnięcia lepszej wydajności wśród osób zatrudnionych w tej firmie. Praca składa się z czterech części. Pierwsza przedstawia podstawowe pojęcia związane z terminologią motywowania, druga z kolei przedstawia już narzędzia wykorzystywane w procesie motywowania. Trzecia natomiast opisuje i charakteryzuje strukturę samej firmy. W ostatniej części przedstawia jest metodologia badań, opis grupy badanej oraz analizę wyników badań.
