The thesis describes with the principle of fair competition in Public Procurement Law. In the first chapter it outlines the evolution of competition law and public procurement law. It also mentiones the difficulty in identifying the nature of the principle of fair competition. The second chapter takes an indication of how the principle of fair competition is reflected in the various legislative solutions. The third chapter discusses the consequences of the breach of the principle of fair competition, and resolved the issue of her character.

Złożona praca traktuje o zasadzie uczciwej konkurencji w systemie Prawa Zamówień Publicznych. W pierwszym rozdziale następuje zarysowanie ewolucji prawa konkurencji, oraz prawa zamówień publicznych. Wskazany jest również problem trudności z określeniem charakteru zasady uczciwej konkurencji. W rozdziale drugim następuje wskazanie jak zasada uczciwej konkurencji znalazła odzwierciedlenie w poszczególnych rozwiązaniach ustawowych. W rozdziale trzecim omówione zostały konsekwencje naruszenia zasady uczciwej konkurencji, oraz rozstrzygnięta kwestia jej charakteru.
