Wiedza studentów dotycząca profilaktyki raka jelita grubego

Rak jelita grubego jak każdy inny nowotwór jest chorobą, w której dochodzi do zmian komórek prawidłowych w komórki specyficzne i nieprawidłowe na skutek zaburzeń powstałych w materiale genetycznym. W Polsce jest on drugą przyczyną zgonów na nowotwory złośliwe. Choroba ta rozwija się przez wiele lat, dlatego profilaktyka i szybkie wykrycie zmian pozwala na jej wyleczenie. Celem pracy była ocena poziomu wiedzy studentów studiów medycznych i niemedycznych na temat profilaktyki raka jelita grubego. W badaniu wzięło udział 100 osób będących studentami krakowskich uczelni wyższych. Do przeprowadzenia badania wykorzystano kwestionariusz ankiety własnego autorstwa.Wiedza studentów na temat profilaktyki raka jelita grubego zawiera elementy prawidłowe i nieprawidłowe. Poziom wiedzy respondentów był zróżnicowany, jednak nikt nie miał pełnej wiedzy na ten temat. Studenci studiów medycznych wykazywali się nieznacznie większą wiedzą niż studenci studiów niemedycznych.

Colorectal cancer as any other cancer is a disease in which there are changes in normal cells and abnormal cells specific disorders arising as a result of the genetic material. In Poland, it is the second leading cause of death from cancer. This disease develops over many years, which is why prevention and rapid detection of changes allows you to cure it.The aim of this study was to assess the level of students' knowledge of medical and non-medical studies on the prevention of colon cancer. The study involved 100 people who are students of universities of Krakow. To carry out the study used a questionnaire of his own authorship.Student knowledge about the prevention of colorectal cancer includes elements of correct and incorrect. The level of knowledge of the respondents was diverse, but no one had full knowledge of the subject. Students of medical studies showed slightly more knowledgeable than students of non-medical studies.
