The subject of my thesis is ‘Corporate Collective Labour Agreements”. These agreements are one of the most important institutions of the collective labour legislation.The thesis contains origins and history of the arrangements, the description of the terms of contract and its participants. It also presents the ways of making, nullifying and instituting changes in the agreements. The thesis shows the example of the Corporate Collective Labour Agreement in Public Transport Company in Cracow.
