Przemysł paliwowo - energetyczny w rozwoju gospodarczym gmin powiatu konińskiego w latach 1998 - 2011

A significance of energy and fuel industry is an object of the work in the development of communes of the Konin district in 1998-2011 years. Portraying differences in the local development was a purpose of the work between communes of the Konin district, on which area energy and fuel industry are appearing and deprived of this form of activity. The conducted comparative analysis showed that communes differed in terms of incomes and expenses and the social situation. Energy and fuel industry are having a positive effect to the own income of self-government bodies and to the labour market above all, and most negatively to the natural environment.

Przedmiotem pracy jest znaczenie przemysłu paliwowo-energetycznego w rozwoju gmin powiatu konińskiego w latach 1998-2011. Celem pracy było ukazanie różnic w rozwoju lokalnym między gminami powiatu konińskiego, na których terenie występuje przemysł paliwowo-energetyczny i pozbawionymi tej formy działalności. Przeprowadzona analiza porównawcza wykazała, że gminy różnią się pod względem dochodów i wydatków oraz sytuacji społecznej. Przemysł paliwowo-energetyczny pozytywnie wpływa przede wszystkim na dochody własne samorządów oraz na rynek pracy, a najbardziej negatywnie na środowisko naturalne.
