The information management in the Voivodeship Labour Office in Cracow and Social Network Analysis

The subcject of this study is the distribution of information in the Voivodeship Labour Office (VLO) in Cracow and the use of Social Network Analysis in this purpose. The main problem described in this work is understanding of the relationships which are related to the distribution of information in VLO and assessment of SNA. The first chapter presents the theory about the knowledge, the information, the knowledge management and Social Network Analysis. Research questions and results about information management in VLO, in large part provided by using network, are all included in second chapter. The last chapter contains conclusions of the research: answers to the research problems and it's results in the context of the theory.

Przedmiotem pracy jest diagnoza przepływu informacji w Wojewódzkim Urzędzie Pracy w Krakowie oraz wykorzystanie w tym celu metody Analizy Sieci Społecznych SNA. Celem pracy jest poznanie relacji związanych z dystrybucją informacji zachodzących w WUP oraz ocena metody SNA.Pierwszy rozdział przedstawia wiadomości teoretyczne o wiedzy, informacji, zarządzaniu wiedzą oraz Analizie Sieci Społecznych. Rozdział drugi obejmuje postawione pytania badawcze oraz przedstawia wyniki badań dystrybucji informacji w WUP, w dużej mierze przedstawione przy użyciu sieci. Trzeci rozdział prezentuje wnioski z badania, odpowiedzi na postawione pytania badawcze oraz wyniki badań w kontekście teorii.
