Analiza wydatków na leczenie psychiatryczne i uzależnień w Polsce w latach 2005-2012

Przedmiotem tej pracy jest analiza wydatków głównie Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia na leczenie psychiatryczne i uzależnień w latach 2005-2012. Wraz ze wzrostem znaczenia edukacji, profilaktyki i leczenia zaburzeń psychicznych i uzależnień, a także wzrostem świadomości społeczeństwa rośnie również zapotrzebowanie na te usługi. Wydatki Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia zostały poddane analizie, która odnosi się do całego kraju oraz do oddziałów wojewódzkich. Wydatki jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w latach 2005-2011 zostały przeanalizowane pod względem rodzaju usługi. W badanym okresie widoczny jest wzrost kosztów leczenia psychiatrycznego i uzależnień.

The subject of this dissertation is the analysis of the expenses born primarily by the National Health Fund (NFZ) with connection to psychiatric and addicition treatments in the years 2005-2012. Together with the growing importance of education, prevention and treatment of psychic disorders and addictions, accompanied by the developing public awareness, we can observe a substantial growth in demand for these services. This paper analyses National Health Fund's expenditure born on the level of the whole country as well as particular regional funds. The local authorities' spending was analysed according to the type of the service provided. In the researched period there is a visible increase of the costs of psychiatric and addicition treatments.
