Bezpieczeństwo energetyczne byłych państw bloku wschodniego w regionie Morza Kaspijskiego.

W niniejszej pracy skupiłem się na bezpieczeństwie energetycznym regionu kaspijskiego. Aby móc przejść do analizy poszczególnych państw i relacji między nimi, w pierwszym rozdziale postanowiłem przybliżyć definicję bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Oprócz definicji skupiłem się na nakreśleniu obecnej sytuacji strategicznych surowców naturalnych dla rozwoju sektora energetycznego oraz poziomu ich zasobów . W kolejnej części rozdziału zobrazowałem sytuację energetyczną w basenie Morza Kaspijskiego oraz przybliżyłem znaczenie jego statusu. W następnych rozdziałach skupiłem się na państwach regionu, które pierwotnie stanowiły część Związku Socjalistycznych Republik Radzieckich. Przy każdym z państw postanowiłem skupić się na trzech aspektach. Pierwszym aspektem był problem transformacji i drogi do uzyskania niepodległości oraz zmiany zachodzące na scenie politycznej. Kolejnym aspektem była polityka energetyczna państwa oraz zasobność w surowce naturalne i infrastrukturę do ich przenoszenia. Trzecim ostatnim aspektem była polityka zagraniczna i relacje miedzy państwami w regionie.

In thesis I focused on energy security of the Caspian region. To be able to go for the analysis of selected member states and relationship between them, the first chapter presents definition of energy security. In addition to definitions in this section, I focused on the current status of strategic natural resources for the development in the energy sector and the level of their resources. In the next chapter I presented energy situation in the Caspian Sea region, and came close to the importance of his status. In the following sections I focused on countries of the region, which originally become the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. In each of the Member States, I decided to focus on three aspects.The first aspect concerned the problem of transformation and the road to independence and changes on political scene. Another aspect pertain the energy policy and the abundance of natural raw materials and infrastructure for their portability.Third, the last aspect revolve about foreign policy and relations between the countries in region.
