Projekt wdrożeniowy normy ISO 26000:2010 dla Harcerskiego Ośrodka Wodnego w Poraju

The topic and the main aim of the master dissertation is to develop an implementation project of ISO 26000:2010 for the Scout Aquatic Centre in Poraj. The first chapter presents the theoretical aspects related to corporate social responsibility, controversies on this subject, description of the SA8000 standard and analysis of practices of corporate social responsibility on the examples of Polish companies. The second chapter contains the proper project implementation of ISO 26000:2010 for the Scout Aquatic Centre in Poraj, together with the characteristics of the organization, project of implementation and the plan for implementation designed solutions. The third chapter describes the proposed actions and post-implementation solutions, with possible directions for developing this strategy in the Scout Aquatic Centre in Poraj. This paper sets out a comprehensive project implementation of ISO 26000:2010, which can be used in the organization. This work was based on the field of management, quality management and corporate social responsibility publications, as well as the electronic documents, national and international legislative acts and the text of the ISO 26000:2010.

Tematem i celem pracy magisterskiej jest opracowanie projektu wdrożenia normy ISO 26000:2010 dla Harcerskiego Ośrodka Wodnego w Poraju. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawione zostały teoretyczne aspekty związane ze społeczną odpowiedzialnością, kontrowersje dotyczące tego zagadnienia, opis standardu SA8000 oraz analiza praktyk społecznej odpowiedzialności na przykładzie wybranych polskich przedsiębiorstw. Drugi rozdział dotyczy właściwego projektu wdrożenia normy ISO 26000:2010 dla Harcerskiego Ośrodka Wodnego w Poraju, wraz z charakterystyką organizacji, projektem wdrożenia oraz planem implementacji zaprezentowanych rozwiązań. W trzecim rozdziale opisane zostały proponowane działania powdrożeniowe oraz zdefiniowane możliwe kierunki rozwoju działań Harcerskiego Ośrodka Wodnego w Poraju w zakresie społecznej odpowiedzialności. W pracy zawarto kompleksowy projekt wdrożenia normy ISO 26000:2010, który może zostać wykorzystany przez organizację. W pracy wykorzystane zostały publikacje zwarte z zakresu zarzadzania, zarzadzania jakością oraz społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu, a także źródła , akty prawne krajowe i międzynarodowe oraz tekst normy ISO 26000:2010.
