Wpływ zaopatrzenia na jakość wyrobów firmy Contimax S.A.

The thesis is an attempt to show the influence of supply on the quality of the products in Contimax S.A. company. The aim of the paper was to improve the process of rating the suppliers and to compare it with the current method of rating used by the Contimax S.A. company. The study included the food company established in 1991 which produces fish products. In order to obtain the answers to the formulated hypothesis: the quality of the products depends on the quality of supply, the process of rating the suppliers used by this particular company has been analyzed. The work consists of five chapters and is a theoretical and empirical. The first chapter describes the profile, history and coverage of the presented company. The second chapter presents the profile of the supply and its influence on the quality on the final product. The third chapter explains the supply process realized in the Contimax S.A. company. This chapter closely describes the rating of the suppliers currently used by the company Contimax, which was essential to present a new improvements in processes of rating. The fourth chapter presents new solutions to process of rating the suppliers of Contimax company by changing the grading scale and the use of weight indicators. The fifth chapter shows the results of the released changes and the comparison of the suppliers on the basis of both methods. This chapter discusses the results and conclusions of the study. On the basis of this analysis it was found that the improved method allows the company to choose the best manufacturers who will provide products on time, with the best quality and great prices.

W pracy podjęto próbę ukazania wpływu zaopatrzenia na jakość wyrobów gotowych firmy Contimax S.A. Celem pracy było udoskonalenie procesu oceny dostawców oraz porównanie go z dotychczasowa metodą oceny dostawców stosowaną przez firmę Contimax S.A. Badaniem objęto firmę spożywczą istniejącą na rynku od 1991 roku, produkującą przetwory rybne. W celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na postawioną w pracy hipotezę: od jakości zaopatrzenia zależy jakość wyrobu, przeanalizowano proces oceny dostawców stosowany przez firmę spożywczą. Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów teoretyczno – empirycznych. W pierwszym rozdziale pracy została przedstawiona charakterystyka firmy Contimax S.A. Omówiono w nim historię prezentowanej firmy, a także zakres jej działalności. W rozdziale drugim dokonano charakterystyki zaopatrzenia i jego wpływu na jakość wyrobu finalnego. W rozdziale trzecim został przedstawiony proces zaopatrzeniowy realizowany w firmie Contimax S.A. Szczegółowo omówiono w nim ocenę dostawców obecnie stosowaną przez przedsiębiorstwo Contimax, która była niezbędna do zaprezentowania nowych udoskonaleń procesu oceny dostawców. Rozdział czwarty zaprezentował nowe rozwiązania procesu oceny dostawców firmy Contimax S.A. poprzez zmianę skali ocen oraz zastosowanie wskaźników wagowych. Z kolei rozdział piąty polegał na ocenie wprowadzonych zmian oraz porównaniu dostawców firmy na podstawie obu metod. W rozdziale tym omówiono wyniki i przedstawiono wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy stwierdzono, że udoskonalona metoda pozwoli przedsiębiorstwu wybierać najlepszych producentów, którzy będą terminowo dostarczać produkty, najlepsze jakościowo w korzystnych cenach.
