System Rad Narodowych w latach 1944-1950.

The subject of my work is the system of national councils in the years 1944-1950. The work consists of four chapters. In the first discuss the origin of the system of national councils against the background of political changes in Poland after World War II. The second describes the basics of action and tasks of the National Council, and the third deals with the boards of national and local government in the years 1944-1950. The fourth chapter discusses the councils, their tasks, implementing bodies, committees and oversight in light of the Act dated. March 23, 1950 by local organs of state power. The work is based on source materials and literature.

Przedmiotem mojej pracy jest system rad narodowych w latach 1944-1950. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. W pierwszym omawiam genezę systemu rad narodowych na tle zmian ustrojowych w Polsce po II wojnie światowej. W drugim omówione są podstawy działania i zadania krajowej rady narodowej, natomiast trzeci traktuje o radach narodowych i samorządzie terytorialnym w latach 1944-1950. Rozdział czwarty omawia rady narodowe, ich zadania, organy wykonawcze, komisje i nadzór w świetle ustawy z dn. 23 marca 1950 o terenowych organach władzy państwowej. Praca powstała w oparciu o materiały źródłowe i literaturę.
