Analysis of cooperation between Poland and Belarus in euroregions Bug, Niemen nad Puszcza Białowieska

W pracy przedstawiono teoretyczne i praktyczne aspekty współpracy między Polską a Białorusią.Celem pracy było udowodnienie, iż współpraca między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Republiką Białoruś jest szansą dla rozwoju dobrych stosunków w euroregionach BUG Niemen i Puszcza Białowieska oraz przedstawienie tych euroregionów, jako obszarów atrakcyjnych pod względem gospodarczym, krajoznawczym i społeczno-kulturowym.Zastosowano metodę porównawczą, case study oraz analizę SWOT. Za pomocą metod badawczych zostało pokazane w jakim stopniu jest rozwinięta współpraca między Polską-Białorusią, jakie są zagrożenia i szanse w nawiązaniu w przyszłości ściślejszej współpracy.

The thesis presents theoretical and practical aspects of cooperation between Polish and Belarus.The aim of the thesis was to demonstrate that cooperation between the Polish Republic and the Republic of Belarus is an opportunity to develop good relations in euroregion BUG, Neman and Bialowieza Forest and to present the above euroregions, as attractive place in terms of economic, sightseeing’s and socio-cultural.Three methods were used: comparative method, case study and SWOT analysis. The above methods have shown what are the risks and opportunities to establish closer cooperation in the future.
