Justifications - selected issues

Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, z których pierwszy jest przedstawieniem aktualnych poglądów doktryny prawa karnego dotyczących okoliczności wyłączających bezprawność czynu - kontratypów. Zagadneiniami wybranymi, o których mowa w tytule pracy są kontratypy pozakodeksowe oraz pozaustawowe. Z tego powodu w drugim oraz trzecim rozdziale omówione zostały odpowiednio instytucje będące tymi kontratypami.

The master thesis consist of three chapters, from which the first presents the current opinions of doctrine of Polish criminal law relating to the circumstances which exclude illegality of criminal acts called justifications. The selected issues mentioned in the title of the thesis are the justifications based on the legal acts other than the Polish Criminal Code and the justifications not based on legal act at all. That is why in the chapter two and three those grups of justifications were presented respectively.
