Child during early childhood as a victim of homicide

Praca przedstawia przestępstwo zabójstwa dziecka w aspekcie historyczny, prawnym, społecznym i medycznym. Ma ona za zadanie przedstawić zagadnienie zabójstw dzieci w okresie wczesnego dzieciństwa, w sposób zbiorczy, dający możliwość zapoznania się z wieloma problemami związanymi z tą tematyką. Opisany w niej został rozwój penalizacji zabójstwa dziecka przez rodzica. W części poświęconej zabójstwu dziecka w świetle aktualnego polskiego prawa karnego, omówiono ochronę życia ludzkiego i kwestie z nią związane. Zasygnalizowanie potrzeby głębszego spojrzenia na problem i podjęcia próby poprawy polskiego systemu wykrywania i zapobiegania zabójstwom dzieci dokonywanym przez ich rodziców i opiekunów.

The paper presents the crime of murder of the child in terms of historical, legal, social and medical. It aims to introduce the issue of killings of children in early childhood, in a collective manner, giving the opportunity to learn a variety of problems associated with this topic. It has been described in the development of the criminalization of murder of a child by a parent. In the section on the killing of the child in the light of the current Polish criminal law, discusses the protection of human life and the issues associated with it. Signal the need for a deeper look at the problem and to try to improve the Polish system of detection and prevention of child killings carried out by their parents and carers.
