BEZROBOCIE LUDZI MŁODYCH W WIEKU 18 - 25 LAT W OKRESIE 2002 - 2012 NA PRZYKŁADZIE POWIATU NOWOSĄDECKIEGO.

The thesis presents the problem of unemployment among the young people in the age between 18 and 25 in the Nowy Sącz district. The key concepts, for instance the functions and types of unemployment, associated with that issue are explained and depicted. Furthermore, the project presents the variety of barriers to young people’s professional career. Based on the survey conducted on a representative sample of 100 people under the age of 25, including 50 unemployed people and 50 students, examined the main causes of youth unemployment. The specialized literature in economics and sociology, publications of the Central Statistical Office of Poland and the Statistical Office of the European Union ”Eurostat” as well as legal acts have been used in the process of writing of the thesis.

W pracy przedstawiono problem bezrobocia występujący wśród ludzi młodych w wieku 18 – 25 lat w powiecie nowosądeckim. Wyjaśniono najważniejsze pojęcia z nim związane. Opisano funkcje i rodzaje bezrobocia. Omówiono najczęstsze bariery oraz ograniczenia stojące na ścieżce kariery młodych ludzi. Na podstawie ankiety przeprowadzonej na reprezentatywnej próbie badawczej 100 osób poniżej 25 roku życia, w tym 50 bezrobotnych i 50 studentów, zbadano główne przyczyny bezrobocia ludzi młodych. W niniejszej pracy wykorzystano specjalistyczną literaturę z zakresu ekonomii i socjologii, publikacje Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz Europejskiego Urzędu Statystycznego „Eurostatu”, a także akty prawne.
