Polityka prorodzinna w Polsce i w Szwecji

In this research, it has been described the problem of family policy pursued by Poland and Sweden. It presents the history of social security, as well as an expansion of the system of social policy and family in both countries. It also introduces the major pieces of legislation relating to family issues, based on which there has been performed a detailed analysis of the elements that make up the whole system to support parents and children, both in Poland and Sweden. The research also shows and references to the socio-economic and political conditions affecting the shape of the current system of social policy. The main goal of this research was to explain the problems associated with the support and care of the state to the family. During the analysis, it was able to make a comparison of the operations of the two countries in the field of family policy, which allows to draw appropriate conclusions.

W niniejszej pracy został scharakteryzowany problem polityki prorodzinnej, prowadzonej przez Polskę i Szwecję. Przedstawiono historię zabezpieczenia społecznego, jak również rozbudowy systemu polityki społecznej i rodzinnej w obydwu państwach. Zaprezentowane zostały główne akty prawne, odnoszące się do kwestii rodziny, na podstawie których dokonano szczegółowej analizy elementów, składających się na całość systemu wspierającego rodziców i dzieci, zarówno w Polsce jak i Szwecji. W pracy odniesiono się również do uwarunkowań społeczno ekonomicznych oraz politycznych, wpływających na kształt obecnego systemu polityki społecznej. Wszystko to, miało na celu przybliżenie problematyki, związanej ze wsparciem i opieką państwa wobec rodziny. W pracy udało się dokonać porównania działań obydwu państw w zakresie polityki prorodzinnej, co pozwoliło na wyciągnięcie stosowanych wniosków.
