StreszczenieCel pracy: Celem pracy jest poznanie problemów zdrowotnych osoby dorosłej w stadium klinicznym B zakażenia wirusem HIV oraz przedstawienie propozycji ich rozwiązania.Materiał i metoda: W pisaniu tej pracy posłużono się metodą dokumentoskopii, która polega na analizie najnowszej literatury, doniesień, statystyk. Wyniki: Analiza materiałów pozwoliła na wyodrębnienie 13 najczęściej występujących problemów zdrowotnych w objawowym stadium zakażenia wirusem HIV oraz propozycje ich rozwiązywania.Wnioski: W opiece nad pacjentem zakażonym wirusem HIV bardzo ważna jest edukacja zdrowotna, zapewnienie wsparcia psychicznego, kontrola parametrów funkcjonowania układu odpornościowego, odpowiednie i systematyczne leczenie oraz łagodzenie zakażeń, które są charakterystyczne dla działania wirusa HIV.

SummaryAim: The aim of this study is to know the heath problems in adult symptomatic HIV infection and to present proposals for their solution.Material and methods: During writing this work documentoskopy method was used, which is based on the analysis of recent literature, articles, statistics. Results: Analysis of materials allowed for separating 14 most common health problems in the symptomatic B-stage of HIV infection and presenting proposals for their solution.Conclusions: In the care of patients infected with HIV it is very important to perform a health education, provide psychological support, control immune system parameters, proper and systematic treatment and alleviation of infections that are characteristic for the action of HIV.
