MODEL WYKORZYSTYWANIA E-USŁUG W ADMINISTRACJI PUBLICZNEJ

The aim of the study was to analyze the directory of e-services offered by the Office Rydułtowy, showing the effectiveness of the Office Rydułtowy for e-services among residents of the city and outline directions of development of e-services provided by the office Rydułtowy. The study analyzes level of services for e-services in the catalog of e-services offered by the office Rydułtowy. The study was also conducted survey residents Rydultowy on e-services using intermediate surveys via the Internet. After analyzing the model, the use of e-services by the City and residents Rydultowy it can be concluded that the electronically catalog supplied services is quite extensive. Residents using public e-services positively evaluate their performance. However, the percentage of respondents using electronic public services is still low. In the future, due to the development of the IT industry and the European Union emphasis on computerization of the public use of e-services by residents Rydultowy should show a rising trend.

Celem pracy była analiza katalogu e-usług oferowanych przez Urząd Miasta Rydułtowy, ukazanie skuteczności działań Urzędu Miasta Rydułtowy dotyczących e-usług wśród mieszkańców miasta oraz nakreślenie kierunków rozwoju e-usług świadczonych przez Urząd Miasta Rydułtowy. W pracy magisterskiej dokonano analizy katalogu e-usług oferowanych przez Urząd Miasta Rydułtowy pod kątem poziomu świadczonych e-usług. W pracy przeprowadzono także badanie opinii mieszkańców Rydułtów na temat e-usług metodą ankiety pośredniej poprzez sieć internetową. Po przeanalizowaniu modelu wykorzystywania e-usług przez Urząd Miasta Rydułtowy oraz mieszkańców Rydułtów można stwierdzić, że katalog usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną jest dość obszerny. Mieszkańcy korzystający z e-usług publicznych dobrze oceniają ich świadczenie. Jednak odsetek badanych korzystających z elektronicznych usług publicznych nadal jest niski. W przyszłości ze względu na rozwój branży IT oraz nacisk Unii Europejskiej na informatyzację społeczeństwa wykorzystywanie e-usług przez mieszkańców Rydułtów powinno wykazywać trend rosnący.
