Evaluation of a property and financial situation of Monnari Trade S.A. and Gino Rossi S.A.

The subject of the thesis is a comparative analysis of the entities operating in the light industry in the years 2008 - 2012, when negative effects of an global economic crisis were observed in Poland. The main purpose of the work is to evaluation of a property and financial situation of Monnari Trade S.A. and Gino Rossi S.A. The research part contains the financial appraisal of the Monnari Trade joint-stock company and the capital group Gino Rossi S.A. The first part of the work describes the nature and aims of the economic analysis and presents the scheme and the structure of the financial statement. The chapter two is focused on the theoretical basis of financial analysis: balance sheet study, cash flow statement and the quota evaluation. The research part contains the evaluation of financial results of two companies: of the Monnari Trade joint-stock company and the capital group Gino Rossi S.A.

Przedmiotem opracowania jest analiza porównawcza podmiotów z branży przemysłu lekkiego w latach 2008 – 2012, czyli w okresie, w którym zaobserwowano w Polsce negatywne skutki globalnego kryzysu ekonomicznego. Celem głównym pracy jest ocena sytuacji majątkowej i finansowej spółki akcyjnej Monnari Trade oraz grupy kapitałowej Gino Rossi S.A. W pierwszej części pracy opisano istotę i cele analizy ekonomicznej oraz przedstawiono schemat budowy sprawozdania finansowego. Rozdział drugi traktuje o teoretycznych podstawach tworzenia analiz, z wyszczególnieniem badania bilansu, rachunku przepływów pieniężnych i oceny wskaźnikowej. Część badawcza zawiera ocenę wyników finansowych dwóch podmiotów: spółki akcyjnej Monnari Trade oraz grupy kapitałowej Gino Rossi S.A.
