Anglicisms in Quebec French.

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie i analiza specyfiki kanadyjskiej odmiany języka francuskiego (a dokładniej – odmiany używanej w prowincji Quebec), na podstawie jej zapożyczeń z języka angielskiego. Praca składa się z dwóch głównych części – pierwsza to część teoretyczna, część drugą natomiast stanowi prezentacja i analiza korpusu, który składa się z około 400 anglicyzmów, podzielonych według następujących kategorii: anglicyzmy leksykalne, kalki wyrazowe oraz anglicyzmy semantyczne.

The aim of this thesis is to present and analyse the specifics of Quebec French, on the basis of its loanwords from the English language. The thesis consists of two principal parts – the first one being theoretic, whereas the second one is a presentation and an analysis of the corpus, which contains around 400 anglicisms, divided into the following categories: lexical anglicisms, lexical calques and semantic anglicisms.

Le travail a pour but de présenter et d’analyser la spécificité du français québécois, à partir de ses emprunts à la langue anglaise. Il se compose de deux parties principales – la première est théorique et la seconde constitue la présentation et l’analyse du corpus qui contient quelque 400 anglicismes, divisés en catégories suivantes : anglicismes lexicaux, calques lexicaux et anglicismes sémantiques.
