Ceramika islamska od IX do XII wieku na przykładzie stanowisk Fustat i Nishapur.

The medieval sites of Fustat in Egypt and Nishapur in Iran were one of the greatest cities of the Islamic Middle East. The aim of this paper is the analysis of the ceramics that came fromthese two sites and to give an answer on the matter of Islamic pottery’s origins. Theinfluence of ceramics patterns acquired from one Islamic center to other centers isunquestionable. However, the time and scale of it has not been a subject of analysis yet. Thispaper is an attempt to solve these issues.

Stanowiska Nishapur i Fustat były wielkimi ośrodkami rozwoju technologii produkcji ceramikiislamskiej w średniowieczu. Ta praca będzie stanowiła próbę odpowiedzi na pytaniadotyczące rozwoju ceramiki islamskiej na tych dwóch stanowiskach, na tle innych stanowisk.W tym celu, analizie poddana została ceramika od IX do XII wieku, które to stulecia sąokresem największego rozkwitu nie tylko produkcji ceramicznej, ale także innych rzemiosł na terenie Bliskiego Wschodu.
