Professional competencies growth in connection with participation in AEGEE- Krakow’s projects.

Rozwój kompetencji to niezmiernie ważny proces w karierze zawodowej. Dlatego też istotne działania w tym zakresie podejmuje się już w trakcie studiów. Celem pracy jest zbadanie zależności między udziałem w projektach Europejskiego Forum Studentów AEGEE- Kraków, a poziomem kompetencji uczestników. Posłużył do tego kwestionariusz, który został skonstruowany tak, by badał najistotniejsze z nich.

In the following thesis connection between growth of professional competencies and participation in AEGEE-Krakow’s projects is discussed. As this field is immensely important in a professional career, activities that develops this abilities starts during the study period. To reveal the dependence between those factors, the questionnaire has been formed, in a way that allows to examine the most crucial of professional competencies.
