Leasing as a source of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises

The thesis discusses the issue of leasing as a source of business financing. Literature from the field of economics and law was used to create the theoretical part of the the thesis. Research for the empirical part was performed by analysis of leasing offers of banks in Poland. Direct consultations with employees of the banks were chosen as the second method of research. The study aims to compare leasing offers in companies belonging to banking capital groups. On the basis of the analysis one can come to the conclusion that leasing offers are similar to each other and they differ only in details.

Praca przedstawia omówienie problematyki leasingu w finansowaniu działalności gospodarczej. Do opracowania zagadnień teoretycznych użyto literatury z dziedziny nauk ekonomicznych i prawnych. Badania do części empirycznej przeprowadzono za pomocą analizy oferty leasingu w bankach w Polsce oraz drogą bezpośrednich konsultacji z pracownikami banku. Przeprowadzone badania mają na celu porównanie ofert leasingu w spółkach należących do grup bankowych. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzono, że oferty leasingu są do siebie zbliżone i różnią się jedynie szczegółami.
