Ochrona praw człowieka w ramach ONZ i Rady Europy

Założeniem pracy jest przedstawienie problematyki praw człowieka występującej w ramach ONZ i Rady Europy. Ponadto praca ma przybliżyć strukturę i funkcjonowanie tych dwóch organizacji. Pierwszy rozdział zawiera pojęcie praw człowieka, klasyfikację tych praw, oraz opisuje ich ewolucję. Drugi rozdział odnosi się do pozytywizacji praw człowieka. Zawiera opis podstawowych aktów, które regulują międzynarodową ochronę praw człowieka. Trzeci rozdział zawiera opis instytucji funkcjonujących w ramach ONZ, które służą ochronie praw człowieka. Kolejny rozdział odnosi się także do instytucji służących ochronie praw człowieka, z tym, że działających w Radzie Europy. Rozdział piąty opisuje wybrane skargi przeciwko Polsce rozstrzygnięte przez Europejski Trybunał Praw Człowieka.

Objective of this study is to present the issues of human rights occurring within the UN and the Council of Europe. In addition, the work aims to give structure and functioning of these two organizations. The first chapter includes the concept of human rights, the classification of those rights, and describes their evolution. The second chapter refers to positivization human rights. It describes the basic acts that govern the international protection of human rights. The third chapter contains a description of the institutions of the UN, which serve to protect human rights. The next chapter also refers to the institution for the protection of human rights, but it is concerned about those operating in the Council of Europe. The fifth chapter describes the selection of a complaint against Poland decided by the European Court of Human Rights.
