Procedure for granting a refugee - the influence of international law on the shape of the administrative procedure

The purpose of this thesis is to show the influence of international law on the shape of the procedure to grant a refugee status. Model of procedure has been influenced both by national law and by the Convention and law of the European Union. The specificity of the procedure determines the existence of specialized units and authorities whose aim is to put the protection over foreigners.

Celem pracy jest ukazanie wpływu prawa międzynarodowego na kształt postępowania w sprawie wydania decyzji o nadaniu statusu uchodźcy. Model postępowania został ukształtowany zarówno poprzez prawo krajowe, jak i przez Konwencje oraz prawo wspólnotowe Unii Europejskiej. Specyfika postępowania determinuje istnienie wyspecjalizowanych jednostek i organów, których celem jest objęcie cudzoziemców ochroną.
