The aim of this thesis is to analyze the company ZWRI sp. Terms of motivation and, therefore, to examine whether, in this company incentive system works and what it is based. Part of the Research precedes the theoretical part on the motivation and description of the enterprise concerned.

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza przedsiębiorstwa ZWRI sp. z o. o. pod kątem motywacji, a zatem zbadanie czy w przedmiotowej firmie działa system motywacyjny i na czym jest on oparty. Część poświeconą badaniom poprzedza część teoretyczna dotycząca motywacji oraz opis badanego przedsiębiorstwa.
