Couching at the school i.e. the teacher in the role of a coach

In this work, the issue has been addressed school development through participation in the training process of coaching. Indicated the need for this type of training in the Polish educational institutions with an emphasis on the benefits of the development of teachers. The first chapter covers the basics of management in the school, on which it is based pillars and what is most important in relation to the organization. In the second chapter has been estimated entity title, its stages, styles and techniques. In the third chapter it is shown how coaching affects educational and teacher development that should transform your work on the role of head coach of the new generation.

W pracy tej została poruszona kwestia rozwoju szkoły poprzez udział w procesie szkolenia z coachingu. Wskazano potrzebę prowadzenia tego rodzaju szkoleń w polskich placówkach oświatowych z naciskiem na korzyści jakie płyną z rozwoju nauczycieli. Rozdział pierwszy opisuje podstawy zarządzania w szkole, na jakich filarach się opiera i co jest najważniejsze w odniesieniu do tej organizacji. W drugim rozdziale przybliżony został podmiot tytułowy, jego etapy, style i techniki. W trzecim rozdziale pokazane zostało jak coaching wpływa na placówki oświatowe i rozwój nauczyciela, który powinien przekształcić swoją pracę na rolę trenera nowego pokolenia.
