Niniejsza praca magisterska porusza tematykę majątkowych ustrojów małżeńskich, które mogą ustanowić małżonkowie w polskim systemie prawnym. W związku z tym, w pracy tej scharakteryzowano każdy z ustrojów, wybierając najważniejsze informacje na ich temat, cechy charakterystyczne oraz główne różnice między nimi. W pracy starano się znaleźć odpowiedź na pytanie czy istnieje jeden uniwersalny majątkowy ustrój małżeński, który mógłby sprostać oczekiwaniom wszystkich małżonków.

This thesis raises the subject of matrimonial property regimes , which can be established by married couples in the Polish legal system . Therefore , in this paper , each of the regimes is characterized by selecting important information about them , characteristics and major differences between them. The thesis sought to answer the question whether there is one universal marital system that could meet the needs of all spouses.
