Transformation of health care institution into a commercial law company in the light of existing regulations

In 2011 law on medical activity has been introduced, which gave health care institutions ability to change their organizational and legal form. This study aims to describe the process of transformation of health care institution into a commercial law company. The work consists of three parts. The first part provides basic background information on the subject transformation process. The second is to compare the various aspects of health care institution and commercial companies. While the third part contains information about the several selected healthcare centers, that have made the transformation.

W 2011 r. została wprowadzona ustawa o działalności leczniczej, która dała zakładom opieki zdrowotnej (ZOZ) możliwość zmiany formy organizacyjno – prawnej. Niniejsza praca ma na celu opisanie procesu przekształcenia ZOZ-u w spółkę prawa handlowego. Praca składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza część zawiera podstawowe informacje wprowadzające w tematykę procesu przekształcenia. Druga ma na celu porównanie, pod względem różnych aspektów, ZOZ-u i spółek prawa handlowego. Trzecia część natomiast zawiera informacje o kilku wybranych ZOZ-ach, które dokonały transformacji.
