The political position of the legislative authority in Ukraine

Tematem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest parlament Ukrainy- Rada Najwyższa. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono rys histoczny rozwoju parlamentaryzmu ukraińskiego, poczynając od ogłoszenia niepodleglości. W kolejnym rozdziale został opisany przebieg wyborów parlamentarnych w Ukrainie. W rozdziale trzecim opisano poszczególne funkcje Rady Njwyższej. Rozdział czwarty, ostatni, jest poświęcony relacjom parlamentu z pozostałymi władzami.

The subject of this MA thesis is Ukraine parliament -Verkhovna Rada. The first chapter present historical description of the Parliament of Ukraine started from noice independence. The next chapter present conduct of the parliamentary elections. Chapter three shows functions of the Verkhovna Rada. The last Chapter is dedicated to parliamentary relationship with other authorities.
