Mikroskopia optyczna z hiperspektralną analizą obrazu

Hyperspectral imaging is a relatively new method in the study of biological materials, the use of this technique at the micro level can help determine the morphology of the imaged samples and provide new information useful for medical diagnosis. This work investigates the possibility of using a system consisting of hyperspectral camera mounted with a microscopic lens to image analysis of biological material. The resulting three-dimensional image allows to distinguish healthy cells from cancerous once and in the longer term, the extent of the occurrence of lesions.

Obrazowanie hiperspektralne jest stosunkowo nową metodą w badaniu materiałów biologicznych, zastosowanie tej techniki w skali mikro może pomóc w uczytelnieniu morfologii obrazowanych próbek oraz dostarczyć nowych informacji przydatnych w diagnostyce medycznej. W pracy tej zbadano możliwość wykorzystania układu złożonego z kamery hiperspektralnej zestawionej z obiektywem mikroskopowym do analizy obrazu materiału biologicznego. Uzyskany trójwymiarowy obraz umożliwia rozróżnienie komórek zdrowych od nowotworowych oraz w dalszej perspektywie określenie zasięgu występowania zmian chorobowych.
