Tematem mojej pracy magisterskiej jest Znaczenie Misji Więziennej Kościoła Zielonoświątkowego w odbywaniu kary pozbawienia wolności w opiniach badanych. W części teoretycznej, w rozdziale pierwszym, scharakteryzowałam zakłady karne w Polskim systemie penitencjarnym, następnie przedstawiłam cele wykonywania kary pozbawienia wolności, główne zasady prawa karnego wykonawczego, scharakteryzowałam zjawisko wychowania resocjalizującego w polskim systemie penitencjarnym, rodzaje zakładów karnych, typy zakładów karnych, systemy wykonywania kary pozbawienia wolności, w tym system dozoru elektronicznego, prawa i obowiązki skazanych odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności, a także funkcję Aresztu Śledczego. W rozdziale drugim dokonałam charakterystyki Kościoła Zielonoświątkowego w Polsce, opisałam jego sytuację prawną, cele i działania jakich się podejmuje. Następnie przedstawiłam cele Misji Więziennej Kościoła Zielonoświątkowego, sposoby oddziaływań tej misji w jednostkach penitencjarnych, jak również formy pomocy w warunkach wolnościowych. W rozdziale tym przedstawiłam również charakterystykę duszpasterstwa więziennego w Polsce. W powyższych rozważaniach podpierałam się literaturą przedmiotu, a szczególnie aktami prawnymi regulującymi zasady wykonywania kary pozbawienia wolności, jak również aktami prawnymi regulującymi kwestie związane z duszpasterstwem więziennym. Na kolejny trzeci rozdział stanowiący część empiryczną mojej pracy magisterskiej, składa się metodologia badań własnych. W rozdziale tym przedstawiłam przedmiot i cel poznawczy badania, którym jest uzyskanie informacji na temat znaczenia Misji Więziennej Kościoła Zielonoświątkowego w odbywaniu kary pozbawienia wolności w opiniach badanych. Następnie przedstawiłam problematykę badawczą, w tym problem główny i szczegółowe problemy badawcze, a także metody, techniki i narzędzia badawacze, którymi się posłużyłam. W końcowej części rozdziału scharakteryzowałam wybraną grupę badawczą i opisałam teren badań. Swoje badania przeprowadziłam z kapelanami i wolontariuszami Misji Więziennej Kościoła Zielonoświątkowego. Powyższe rozważania przedstawiłam w świetle literatury przedmiotu. W rozdziale czwartym dokonałam analizy i interpretacji badań własnych. W rozdziale piątym zawarłam wnioski i wskazówki dla pracy duszpasterskiej w systemie resocjalizacji penitencjarnej. W rozdziale szóstym dokonałam podsumowania, które zawiera własne refleksje badawcze. W rozdziale siódmym umieściłam bibliografię, a w rozdziale ósmym aneks, który zawiera narzędzia badawcze jakimi posłużyłam się w trakcie badań, są to: lista kategorii sporządzonych na potrzebę zogniskowanego wywiadu grupowego, jak również scenariusz wywiadu pogłębionego, który zawiera listę dyspozycji niezbędnych do właściwego przeprowadzenia badania.
The object of my Master thesis is the Importance of Prison Mission of the Pentecostal Church of the imprisonment in the opinions of the examined persons. In the theoretical part in the chapter one I showed the purposes of the imprisonment, main principles of the criminal executive law. I also characterised the phenomenon of resocialisation in the Polish penitentiary system, types of punitive institutions, the systems of the execution of imprisonment, including the electronic surveillance, the rights and obligations of the imprisoned persons as well as the role of detention centres. The chapter two presents the characterisation of the Pentecostal Church in Poland, I described the objectives of the Prison Mission of the Pentecostal Church, methods of the impact of this Mission in detention centres as well as forms of providing assistance after discharge there. I also presented the characteristics of the pastoral care Poland. The above deliberations were based on the on the literature and, in particular, the legal regulations concerning the rules of the imprisonment punishment as well as legal regulations concerning the issues of the pastoral care. The third chapter which is meant to be the empirical part of my Master thesis shows the methodology of my own research. It describes the object and cognitive purpose of the research which is obtaining information on the importance of the Penitentiary Mission of the Pentecostal Church in the imprisonment punishment in the opinions of the examined persons. Then I presented the research problems, including the principal problem, and detailed research issues as well as I characterised the methods, techniques and tools of research which have been used. In the final part of the chapter I characterised the chosen group and described the research field. I conducted my research with chaplains and volunteers from the Penitentiary Mission of Pentecostal Church. Above deliberations were shown in the light of the research literature. The chapter four I analysed and interpreter my own research. The chapter five includes conclusions and guidelines for the pastoral care in the system of penitentiary resocialization. The sixth chapter summarises and includes my research discussion. The chapter seventh comprises the bibliography, and the eighth – the appendix including the research tools used in the course of conducting my study, they are the list of categories for the need of the focused group interview and the scenario of the detailed interview, including the list of dispositions which are necessary for the appropriate conducting of the research.
