"The impact of the 2015 parliamentary elections in Israel on American-Israeli relations in the context of the elaborated cooperation mechanisms"

The subject of this paper are American-Israeli relations established over the last few decades and the impact of the last parliamentary election to the Israeli Knesset have on them. The paper discusses determinants and mechanisms of cooperation between these states, the strategic aims of both in the Middle East, as well as the potential direction of further development of their contacts after a surprising victory of Benjamin Netanyahu's party in the 2015 elections.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy są wypracowane na przestrzeni ostatnich kilku dekad stosunki amerykańsko-izraelskie oraz wpływ, jaki mają na nie ostatnie wybory parlamentarne do izraelskiego Knesetu. W pracy zostały omówione determinanty i mechanizmy wzajemnej współpracy państw, strategiczne cele obu podmiotów w regionie Bliskiego Wschodu, a także potencjalny kierunek dalszego rozwoju ich kontaktów po zaskakującym zwycięstwie w wyborach partii Benjamina Netanjahu.
