Praca obejmuje analizę ewolucji zasad dziedziczenia tronu brytyjskiego od Chwalebnej Rewolucji do Ustawy o sukcesji tronu z 2013 roku. Znajdują się w niej rozważania na temat wpływu dążeń osobistych rodziny królewskiej na kształt linii sukcesyjnej i skutków poczynionych rozwiązań prawnych, jak również możliwości i kierunku ewentualnych, przyszłych zmian. W sposób chronologiczny przedstawia ustawy związane z sukcesją tronu od 1688 r. do 2013 r.

The following graduate thesis describes the evolution of the British monarchy succession rules beginning with the Glorious Revolution up to the 2013 Crown Act. It reflects upon the influence of personal objectives of some of the members of the British Monarchy on the power succession and the outcomes of passed legal acts that followed. This work also discusses the direction in which any future changes of the law linked the British monarchy succession may go and puts them in chronological order starting from 1688 to 2013.
