The quality of cooperation between the Association of Snowboarding Instructors and Trainers with snowbording schools ”

The issue of the quality of cooperation between the Association of Snowboarding Instructors and Trainers with private schools of snowboarding was raised in this thesis. It was pointed out that snowboarding is a relatively young sport discipline that constantly develops, and that translates into a dynamic and changing relationship between the Association and private schools of snowboarding. The first chapter covers the history of the development of snowboarding, including organized in the past and now snowboarding competitions, and introduces various national and international snowboarding organizations. The second chapter introduces the Association of Snowboarding Instructors and Trainers and the operation of snowboarding schools, as well as the cooperation between these entities. The third chapter shows the quality of cooperation between the Association and snowboarding schools based on discussions carried out by the author of the thesis and the author's own experience.

W pracy licencjackiej została poruszona kwestia jakości współpracy Stowarzyszenia Instruktorów i Trenerów Snowboardu z prywatnymi szkołami snowboardowymi. Wskazano, że snowboard jest stosunkowo młodą dyscypliną sportową i stale rozwijającą się, co przekłada się na dynamiczne i zmienne relacje pomiędzy Stowarzyszeniem a szkołami. Rozdział pierwszy opisuje historię rozwoju snowboardu wraz z organizowanymi w przeszłości i obecnie zawodami snowboardowymi, a także przedstawia poszczególne organizacje zajmujące się snowboardem krajowym, jak i międzynarodowym. W drugim rozdziale przybliżone zostało Stowarzyszenie Instruktorów i Trenerów Snowboardu oraz funkcjonowanie szkół snowboardowych, a także współpraca pomiędzy tymi podmiotami. Trzeci rozdział przedstawia jakość współpracy Stowarzyszenia i szkół snowboardowych w oparciu o przeprowadzone rozmowy oraz doświadczenie własne.
