The impact of the judgments of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union the decision public administrations in Poland

Przedstawiona tematyka pracy ma na celu przybliżenie zagadnień związanych z funkcjonowaniem zarówno Trybunału Konstytucyjnego jak i Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej w kontekście wydawanych przez nie orzeczeń, mających wpływ na bieżące ustawodawstwo. Praca zawiera cztery rozdziały. W pierwszym rozdziale został zarysowany rys historyczny Trybunału Konstytucyjnego, pozycja ustrojowa, kompetencje, postępowanie oraz zagadnienia kontroli prewencyjnej i następczej norm prawnych. Drugi rozdział poświęcony został Trybunałowi Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej. W trzecim zaprezentowano charakterystykę organów administracji publicznej w Polsce. Natomiast w czwartym rozdziale skupiono się na oddziaływaniu orzecznictwa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego oraz Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej ma wydawane akty administracyjne w Polsce.

The theme of the work is to present the issues related to the functioning of both the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in the context that they issue judgments that affect the current legislation . The paper includes four chapters . In the first chapter was scratched historical Constitutional Court, systemic status , competence , conduct and issues of preventive control and subsequent legal norms. The second chapter was devoted to the Court of Justice of the European Union. The third presents the characteristics of public administration authorities in Poland. However, in the fourth chapter focuses on the impact of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union has issued administrative acts in Poland.
