Job burnout among primary school teachers

The aim of this thesis is the issue of job burnout in a group of primary school teachers. They were asked to answer some questions concerning the problem. The surveys analyzed the level of stress and its consequences in terms of emotional exhaustion. Despite a high sense of stress the respondents declared that they are able to cope with this situation.

Celem pracy jest analiza problematyki wypalenia zawodowego w grupie nauczycieli szkół podstawowych. Przeprowadzono badania kwestionariuszowe. Analizie poddano poziom stresu, jego konsekwencje z uwzględnieniem wyczerpania emocjonalnego. Pomimo wysokiego poziomu odczuwanego stresu, respondenci deklarowali radzenie sobie z tą sytuacją.
