Distribution of Stipa caucasica Schmalh. (Poaceae) on the basis of herbarium materials housed in Herbarium of the Institute of Botany of the Jagiellonian University (KRA)

The aim of the study was to investigate the distribution of the Stipa caucasica in Tajikistan and neighboring countries on the basis of material deposited in the herbarium of the Botanical Institute of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (KRA). Based on information from herbarium a list of localities was prepared. Based on the compiled list of localities the map of distribution and diagrams of distribution in terms of altitude, slope and exposition was also presented. In the work four morphotypes within the Stipa caucasica group differing in morphology were identified and for all of them maps of distribution and diagrams were made. Besides, in the work the systematic position and synonyms of the studied taxon were given.

Celem pracy było poznanie rozmieszczenia gatunku Stipa caucasica na terenie Tadżykistanu i krajów przyległych w oparciu o materiał zielnikowy zdeponowany w zielniku Instytutu Botaniki Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego (KRA). Na podstawie informacji z arkuszy zielnikowych wykonano listę stanowisk. W oparciu o sporządzoną listę stanowisk wykonano mapę rozmieszczenia oraz wykresy rozmieszczenia pod względem wysokości, nachylenia terenu i ekspozycji. W pracy wyodrębniono cztery morfotypy w obrębie grupy Stipa caucasica i dla nich również wykonano mapy rozmieszczenia i wykresy rozmieszczenia. Ponadto w pracy przedstawiono pozycję systematyczną i nazwy synonimiczne badanego gatunku.
