Romantyczne źródła filozofii Gastona Bachelarda.

The study compares Gaston Bachelard's philosophy with the tradition of German and English Romanticism. The French thinker is preoccupied with the problem of imagination, which he studies by means of poetry – he repeatedly refers to the romantic authors and quotes fragments of poems as an exemplification of his theses. Moreover, his critical approach reflects the romantic idea of poetry. Elements of the romantic worldview can also be found in the structure of Bachelard's thinking - in the essential concepts, in the theory of time and in his thoughts about imagination.

Francuskiego myśliciela zajmuje problem wyobraźni i bada go korzystając z utworów poetyckich - filozof wielokrotnie powołuje się na romantycznych twórców i korzysta z fragmentów liryków jako egzemplifikacji swych tez. Aparat krytyczny, który stosuje, stanowi odzwierciedlenie romantycznych koncepcji poezji. Elementy światopoglądu romantycznego można odnaleźć także w samej strukturze myślenia Bachelarda – w używanych przez niego podstawowych pojęciach, w rozumieniu czasu oraz w ogólnej teorii wyobraźni.
