The influence of an organisations environment on its efficiency based on the French Institute in Cracow

The purpose of this dissertation is to show the characteristic of the activities maintained by the French Institute in Cracow with particular attention to its environment and also the potential impact of the environment's elements on the organisation. The dissertation also shows the theoritical aspects of the organisation management, and the corelation between the elements and the organisation itself. In addition, the thesis contains the results of an empirical research carried out among employees and clients of the French Institute to learn about the forms of cooperation between the organization and its environment.

Poniższa praca ma na celu zaprezentowanie specyfiki działalności Instytutu Francuskiego w Krakowie ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na jego otoczenie, a także możliwość wpływu elementów otoczenia na efektywność tej organizacji. Praca porusza aspekt teoretyczny zarządzania organizacją oraz charakterystykę jej otoczenia, wykazuje również korelację pomiędzy elementami otoczenia a samą organizacją. Dodatkowo praca zawiera wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych wśród pracowników oraz klientów Instytutu Francuskiego w celu poznania form współpracy organizacji z otoczeniem.
