Recruitment and selection process – a case study of employment agency

Praca przedstawia proces rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników w agencji zatrudnienia. Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza powyższego procesu na przykładzie stanowiska Programisty Java oraz omówienie zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi. Poniższe dociekania zostały zawarte w 4 rozdziałach. Pierwszy dotyczy zagadnień związanych z zarządzaniem zasobami ludzkimi. Drugi poświęcony został omówieniu procesu rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników. Kolejny, trzeci rozdział, opisuje sposób działania firm rekrutacyjnych. Ostatni rozdział analizuje natomiast sam proces rekrutacji przeprowadzany przez agencję zatrudnienia.

The paper presents the recruitment and selection process in an employment agency. The purposes of this study are to analyze the above mentioned process on the example of the Java Developer position and to discuss issues related to human resources management. The investigations are concluded in four chapters. The first chapter concerns the issues related to human resources management. The recruitment and selection process is discussed in the second chapter. Moreover, the third chapter describes how recruitment companies work. The last chapter analyzes the recruitment process conducted by the employment agency.
