Objectives and nature of the training in the framework of the module "Tactics and techniques of intervention " basic police course

Niniejsza praca magisterska koncentruje się na tematyce policyjnego szkolenia przygotowującego do użycia środków przymusu bezpośredniego i wykonywania czynności służbowych. Pierwszy rozdział mówi o funkcjonowaniu i strukturze polskiej policji, przedstawia również historyczny zarys jej rozwoju. Rozdział drugi zawiera informacje o podstawie prawnej stosowania środków przymusu bezpośredniego. Kolejno w rozdziale tym znajduje się również opis poszczególnych środków przymusu bezpośredniego oraz informacje na temat czynności zarówno przed jaki i po użyciu tych środków. Końcowy podrozdział przedstawiono kluczowy problem z jakim zmagają się ówcześni policjanci a mianowicie czynnej napaści oraz naruszeń nietykalności cielesnej funkcjonariusza. Trzeci rozdział opisuje plan kursu podstawowego Policji zwracając szczególną uwagę na techniki interwencji funkcjonariuszy. W rozdziale drugim znajduje się również cześć przedstawiająca poziom doskonalenia zawodowego Policji pod kątem sprawności fizycznej.

This thesis focuses on the theme of Police, coercive and martial arts. The first chapter talks about the functioning and structure of the Polish police also presents a historical outline of its development. The second chapter presents the legal basis for the use of coercive measures, explains terms related to the topic of work, among others, security, attacks active and passive resistance or the state of necessity. Then in this chapter also describes the various means of coercion and information about activities both before and after the use of these measures. The final section presents the key issue with which the then police officers struggling with the infringement of bodily integrity officer. The third chapter describes the basic police course plan with particular attention to intervention techniques officers. In the second chapter is also part of showing the level of training the police in terms of physical fitness.
