Mem internetowy jako forma komentarza wydarzeń społeczno-politycznych

Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest możliwie szerokie przedstawienie zjawiska memu internetowego, będącego satyrycznym komentarzem dla bieżących wydarzeń społeczno-politycznych. W części pierwszej praca skupia się wokół najistotniejszych postulatów teorii komizmu na przestrzeni dziejów oraz społecznej funkcji satyry. Przybliżone zostają również fragmenty teorii społecznego tworzenia rzeczywistości, autorstwa Petera Bergera i Thomasa Luckmanna. W części drugiej zaprezentowane zostają wyniki porównawczej analizy memów internetowych oraz prasowych rysunków satyrycznych. Poprzez analizę wyodrębnione zostały najważniejsze cechy i charakterystyczne funkcje memu internetowego jako formy komentarza. W raporcie przedstawione są ostateczne wnioski oraz krótka refleksja na temat charakteru debaty publicznej prowadzonej we współczesnym świecie.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to present the phenomenon of the Internet meme being a satirical comment to the following socio-political cases.In the first part the thesis concentrates on the most essential arguments about social use of satirical activity and the theory of comism throughout history. The paper discusses also the Theory of Social Construction of Reality by Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann.The second part presents conclusions of the comparative analysis including Internet memes and satirical press art. Through the process of analysis were extracted the most important features and most typical functions of Internet meme as a commentary form. In the report were presented some final conclusions and a short consideration of the character of public debate in contemporary world.
