W niniejszej pracy została zaprezentowana problematyka stresu: geneza i definicje stresu oraz stresu zawodowego, przyczyny stresu jak również następstwa stresu. Celem pracy była diagnoza stresu wśród nauczycieli w Zespole Szkół Elektronicznych i Ogólnokształcących w Przemyślu. Określenie profilu źródeł stresu, satysfakcji z pracy oraz sposobów zmagania się ze stresem jak również zaprezentowanie procedury interwencyjnej.
In this diploma thesis there are depicted a number of stress issues, including its genesis, definitions of stress and an occupational stress. Moreover, there are also decsribed causes of stress and its implications. The aim in this thesis was the diagnosis of stress among the teachers working at Zespół Szkół Elektornicznych i Ogólnokształcących in Przemyśl. What is more, the profile of the source of stress and job satisfaction is defined here. I have also presented the methods of struggling with stress and I introduced an intervention procedure.
