The tourism attractiveness of Trentino-South Tyrol

Celem badania było poznanie najciekawszych i najczęściej odwiedzanych miejscowości regionu Trydent-Górna Adyga oraz poznanie struktury ruchu turystycznego. Dokonana analiza omawianego obszaru uwzględnia szereg komponentów mających wpływ na atrakcyjność turystyczną, a mianowicie walory przyrodnicze i antropogeniczne, zagospodarowanie turystyczne oraz dostępność komunikacyjna. Ponadto, badanie struktury ruchu turystycznego regionu przeprowadzono metodą wielowymiarowej analizy porównawczej na podstawie danych statystycznych prowadzonych przez UNWTO, ISTAT oraz ENIT w latach 2010 a 2015. Dogłębna analiza licznych pozycji literatury polskiej jak i zagranicznej ukazała, iż region ten posiada wiele obszarów o bardzo wysokiej atrakcyjności, z dużą liczbą zabytków, szlaków oraz innych walorów turystycznych. Wszystkie czynniki sprawiają, iż region ten należy do jednego z najpopularniejszych we Włoszech pod względem przyjazdów turystów.

The aim of the study was to discover the most interesting and most visited places in Trentino-South Tyrol and to learn about the structure of the tourist traffic. The analysis of this area takes into account a number of components that affect tourism attractiveness, namely natural and anthropogenic values, tourist development and transport accessibility. In addition, a study of the region's tourism structure was carried out using the multivariate comparative analysis based on the statistics provided by UNWTO, ISTAT and ENIT between 2010 and 2015. The in-depth analysis of numerous Polish and foreign literature has shown that the region has many areas of high attractiveness. With lots of sights, routes and other tourist attractions. All the factors make this region one of the most popular in Italy in terms of tourist arrivals.
