Celem pracy jest ukazanie podstawowych instrumentów ochrony akcjonariuszy mniejszościowych w spółkach publicznych. Wyliczeniu i omówieniu podlegają instrumenty wzmacniające pozycję drobnych akcjonariuszy względem akcjonariuszy większościowych. Praca uwzględnia badania naukowe dotyczące efektywności rynku kapitałowego.

The main goal of the thesis is to show basic instruments of protection of the minority shareholders in joint-stock companies. There are listed and described instruments that strenghten the position of minority shareholders towards other shareholders. It also describes the effectiveness of the capital markets.
