The role of the manager and the functioning of public organizations on the example of the selected educational institution

The theme of the thesis is the role of the manager and the smooth functioning of the public organization on the example of the educational establishment. In the first chapter I will present the theoretical aspects of the manager of a public organization. The second chapter concerns the analysis of the profiles manager on the example of the educational establishment. In the third chapter I will show directions of improving manager and propose to improve its work.

Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest rola menedżera a sprawne funkcjonowanie organizacją publiczną na przykładzie placówki oświatowej. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono teoretyczne aspekty menedżera w organizacji publicznej. Drugi rozdział dotyczył analizy sylwetki menedżera na przykładzie placówki oświatowej. W trzecim rozdziale ukazano kierunki doskonalenia menedżera oraz zaproponowano usprawnienia jego pracy.
