Niniejsza praca zawiera wszechstronną analizę instytucji prawnej jaką jest tajemnica bankowa. Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie tajemnicy bankowej w postępowaniu cywilnym oraz egzekucyjnym, jak również konsekwencje jej naruszenia. Przedstawione zostaną wybrane przykłady naruszeń tajemnicy bankowej. Ostatnia część pracy zawiera wnioski dotyczące przyszłości instytucji.
This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of bank secrecy. The purpose of the thesis is to present the institution of bank secrecy within the meaning of Polish civil procedure and enforcement law and the consequences breaching thereof. Moreover, the purpose of the thesis is to describe selected cases connected with aforementioned legal institution. The aim of the last part of this elebaration is to present the future of bank secrecy and conclusions.
