Murder victim

Celem niniejszej pracy jest odpowiedź na pytania: kim jest i jakie cechy posiada ofiara i czy istnieje szczególny stosunek jaki występuje pomiędzy ofiarą a sprawcą. Druga część pracy zawiera analizę przestępstwa zabójstwa na gruncie trzech polskich kodeksów karnych z 1932, 1969 i 1997 r. Zostaną przedstawione wyniki badań nad ofiarami zabójstw przeprowadzone przez takich autorów jak np. Brunon Hołyst lub Teresa Jaśkiewicz- Obydzińska i Ewa Wach. W ostatniej części pracy zostaną przedstawione wyniki własnych badań.

The aim of this thesis is answer the questions: Who is and what qualities a victim and if there is a special relationship between the victim and the perpetrator. Second part of the thesis includes and analysis of the crime of murder on the basis of the three polish codes of 1932, 1969 and 1997 years. Will be presented the resulats of research of the murder victims conducted by authors such as e.g. Brunon Hołyst or Teresa Jaśkiewicz- Obydzińska and Ewa Wach. In the last part of the thesis will be presented the resulats of own research.
