Transnational corporations as a driving force of globalization process

The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of the largest transnational corporations on the processes of globalization. It has been found out that they play an important and increasing role in the innovation, world economy integration and international trade development creation. The majority of transnational corporations (90%) are derived from the Triad. Due to this the direction of their expansion is mainly directed to developed countries. The development of globalization and rapidly increasing integration of individual national financial markets into the single world market led to the loss of significance of national economies.

Celem pracy jest przeprowadzenie analizy wpływu działalności największych korporacji transnarodowych na procesy globalizacyjne. Odgrywają one istotną i rosnącą rolę w kreowaniu innowacji, integrowaniu gospodarki światowej oraz rozwoju handlu międzynarodowego. Większość korporacji transnarodowych (90%) pochodzi z krajów Triady, dlatego też kierunek ich ekspansji wciąż obejmuje głównie gospodarki wysoko rozwinięte. Wzrost globalizacji oraz szybko postępująca integracja odrębnych krajowych rynków finansowych w jeden rynek ogólnoświatowy spowodowały spadek znaczenia gospodarek narodowych.
